This print was given as a gift to a Delaware Delegate in 2009 for their work with the campaign of U.S. President Barack Obama. It comes with a letter from The Office of the Vice President Elect dated 2009 on letterhead stating this piece is one of the first 200 prints created and is hand signed by the artist. The actual print number is also listed in the letter. It comes with an envelope that reads "OBAMA-BIDEN TRANSITION PROJECT" and has the Presidential Seal on the front and back.
